In this webinar, the Planning team will provide an overview of the "Prioritization of ICANN Work" project, including its purpose and scope, work plan, and community engagement. Prioritization of ICANN work is a targeted outcome of the Planning at ICANN operating initiative in the ICANN FY21-25 Operating Plan. It includes the design and implementation of a prioritization framework in collaboration with the ICANN community, Board and org. The Finance team will also share the proposed supplemental fund for implementation of community recommendations. REMINDER: Third and Fourth ccNSO Policy Development Processes Webinars The ccPDP3 Review Mechanism and ccPDP4 Internationalized Domain Names (IDN) Working Groups will host two 90-minute webinars on Thursday, 15 April 2021 at 08:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC. The ccPDP3 Review Mechanism Working Group focuses on the development of a review mechanism that pertains to decisions regarding the delegation, transfer, revocation, and retirement of country code top-level domains. The working group has identified the decisions that should be subject to a review mechanism and is currently exploring the requirements for the review mechanism itself. The ccPDP4 on IDN ccTLD Working Group aims to develop policy recommendations for the ICANN Board. The results of this ccPDP will eventually replace the IDN ccTLD Fast Track Process, which currently guides the selection process of IDN ccTLD strings. REMINDER: GNSO PDP to Review the Transfer Policy The Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) Council recently initiated a two-phased policy development process (PDP) to review the Transfer Policy, which will determine if changes to the policy are needed to improve the ease, security, and efficacy of inter-registrar and inter-registrant transfers. Expressions of Interest: Chair of the GNSO PDP Working Group to Review the Transfer Policy - Expressions of Interest are now being accepted for the chair of the GNSO PDP working group to review the Transfer Policy. - All are encouraged to review and share this information <http://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=001huSxnbeLBVrwXpc-3uLnZDREim2lpPHwgJWkWD98341jM...> about the chair role. - The deadline to submit Expressions of Interest is Friday, 16 April 2021.
