WSIS+20 input possibilities
Hello all. The WSIS+20 process which is currently underway will be reviewing, among others, the decisions made back in 2003 and 2005 which eventually led to the formation of the IGF and official recognition of the value of the multistakeholder process in internet governance. Important as it is to interact with this highly structured multilateral process, there are only a few accessible ways of doing so. You are encouraged to complete the official submission form (see link below) where individuals and organizations can register their views on various topics under discussion - including internet governance. Deadline for submission is Jan. 31. ____________________________________________________ The WSIS+20 Forum High-Level Event <http://url6404.itu.int/ls/click?upn=vaC6TdfXfsrjStjBbmdb4Q31ssyqBGEy9Ba5PoUr...>, co-organized with UNESCO, UNDP and UNCTAD and co-hosted by ITU and the Swiss Confederation, will serve as a platform to review the progress, achievements, challenges, and opportunities of the WSIS follow-up process since the two phases of the Summit – Geneva in 2003 and Tunis in 2005. The event will take place from 27 to 31 May 2024 in Geneva, Switzerland.
