Dear Ms. Burnette, Messages on the net indicate that on December 23, 2008 Intercosmos Media Group, Inc. will be transferring its ICANN registrar accreditation to directNIC LTD, a Cayman Islands company, and registrants are being told that "you can transfer your domain names to another registrar within the next two weeks". A few questions: 1. Has an application for Transfer of Registrar Accreditation been submitted? 2. Has ICANN approved this transfer? 3. Will the completed application form be made public?
