A Human Rights complaint has been lodged by a Conservative candidate Jack Carr from New Brunswick, Canada that high speed is a basic human right. Details on Article http://dailygleaner.canadaeast.com/cityregion/article/451420 Quote He cited the portion of the province's human rights law that denies discrimination because of a person's place of origin. He said people who live in rural areas are being discriminated against and it puts rural areas at a competitive disadvantage.
