Dear NARALO members,

On behalf of the NARALO leadership, kindly see the attached *NARALO Rules of Procedures Draft Revision 1, dated August 2022.*

A drafting team that revised the current rules (approved in 2017) was composed of Alan Greenberg, Eduardo Diaz, Greg Shatan, Judith Hellerstein, John More and Glenn McKnight.

The main modifications include:

- Language clean-up and paragraphs clarification - Changes to address minor inconsistencies that have arisen since the ROPs were adopted in 2017 - The incorporation of ALS criteria and expectations in support of the ALS Mobilization Report <https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/ALS+Mobilization+Working+Party> (supporting recommendations of the 2nd At-Large Review), approved by the ALAC in 2021. - Extending the number of consecutive terms for an ALAC member from 2 to 3 times.
