Dear All,

ICANN is holding it's 57th global meeting at Hyderabad from 3rd to 9th Nov. This is a big opportunity for the NBGP members to gather and speed up the GP work. We may even get urgent clarifications from the Integration Panel to some of the issues that we may come across. It will also be a good opportunity for everyone to network with some of the brightest minds in the Internet building community.

After due consultations with the Chair Dr. Udaya Narayan Singh and ICANN, 7th and 8th Nov. '16 seem to be the possible dates when a meeting room can be made available for us. The proposal is to hold a 1 and half day meeting starting with the second half of 7th Nov. '16.

Please indicate at the earliest if you would be able to make it to the meeting in person. Also, we would request you if you could get your parent organization to fund this meeting.

ICANN sought our early response on this. My apologies for posting the mail so late due to some unavoidable circumstances. I still hope ICANN would be able to accommodate our request if we respond early.
