Dear All,

As an update, we are planning to be in Kathmandu for our face to face meeting for three days, 24-26 May (inclusive).  You are all requested to arrive on 23 May in Kathmandu and leave late on 26 May or on 27 May.

On 24 May, morning, we are planning an outreach event, where Ministry of IT, Govt. of Nepal, is inviting relevant stakeholders to introduce ICANN and NBGP.  This will also allow us the opportunity to invite Nepali community to get involved in NBGP work.

The NBGP meeting will start after lunch break on 24 May, at 2pm.  The meeting will end at 5pm on 26 May.  We will be meeting from 9am-5pm daily form 24-26 May. 

The ICANN team is working with DoIT, Nepal to finalize the schedule for the morning outreach session on 24 May. 

We would request NBGP to finalize the agenda for the 2.5 day dedicated meeting of NBGP from 24-26 May 2017.
