Dear Neo-Brahmi GP members,
As has already been shared by Anupam, the Khmer Generation Panel has completed their proposal for the Root Zone LGR. The proposal has been released for public comment at https://www.icann.org/public-comments/khmer-lgr-2016-04-15-en.
Kindly note that the public comment specifically calls for the Neo-Brahmi GP to review and provide feedback on the proposal, as Khmer script also follows an Abugida system and therefore the proposal, especially the whole label evaluation rules, may be of particular relevance to the work by Neo-Brahmi GP.
Therefore, we would request the Neo-Brahmi to consider providing a formal feedback through the public comment process, though all of you are also welcome to post your individual comments directly.
Regards,
Sarmad
