Dear all,

Happy new year to you all and looking forward to greater progress and engagements this 2025 as we gradually advance towards the opening of the New gTLD Program Next Round. I just wanted to welcome all of you once again, especially those who have joined the list recently.

As a recap, in December last year, the Next Round Program leadership posted a blog that I wanted to share again with this list, and I know some of you may have read it already. Please read on here: A Year of Progress: The New gTLD Program in 2024

Additionally, ICANN org has been working collaboratively with various current registry operators to develop “Use Cases” As part of our global efforts to raise awareness and interest in the New gTLD Program. We have already posted nineteen Use Cases and I invite you to check them out here.

I want to encourage you to keep sharing any ideas or questions that you may have on the Next Round here. Otherwise, I will also be sharing any important updates about the program on a weekly basis. Thank you and best wishes for a most prosperous 2025.
