Summary:  Rain, at times heavy, is expected. The ground, already near saturation, has little ability to absorb further rainfall. Rainfall totals of 50 to 80 millimetres are expected over these areas by Friday morning. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads.
