Hello Everyone,

Thanks to those who have replied for the NPOC Policy Committee call for volunteers.  This is an exciting part of NPOC's history and you are making it relevant!

To help us organize, might I suggest the following:

In addition to expressing your interest, please
1) Complete a Statement of Interest (SOI) https://community.icann.org/display/gnsosoi
2) Tell us briefly about your background and area(s) of expertise
3) Disclose possible conflicts of interes
4) Choose two items on current ICANN DNS policy (outside whois discussion) that interest you the most with recommendation to how to address them

Thanks for the support,

Hello Everyone,

At the Members Session hosted by NPOC in Panama, a number of attendees expressed interest in getting involved and providing expertise for the Policy Committee. The Charter requires NPOC EC to give 7 days to the membership.

This is a call for volunteers to form the NPOC Policy Committee. Please send your expression of interest by Saturday, July 7th , 2018 by 11:59 UTC.

Send you response to: admin@npoc.org

Please note there is an ongoing election, that the newly elected Policy Chair will be in communications following the elections.

Regards,
