Dear Listers, 

Please find attached herewith the IDNs EPDP's Draft Initial Report for Phase 1 that we intend to post for public comment by the end of the month. If you have time to review please do and let us know if you come across any typos or minor issues. However, please note that at this stage of the process the Leadership Team has agreed that it is too late for substantive changes. 

The report will be published for the minimum comment period of 42 days. 

PS: This is a DRAFT so there is an embargo on it . Do not publish it anywhere outside this list.
