Hi All,
Thanks for this. I agree there should be more than one document.
Also instead of giving everyone editing rights, I would suggest we
give everyone suggestion rights and have 1-2 people controlling
what goes in. People could list their names when they write their
comments and that would be helpful
Perhaps what would also be helpful is to divide up the questions
posed by the public comment and then we could respond to each of
them. I find that this is helpful in writing a public comment
Additionally when dividing up and responding to the questions
which are often similar in each of the public comments for .org,
.info, .biz we may have the same issue or points to get across for
each of the public comments. So one thought is that we might think
of some combined text that we could put on each. I am not sure if
NPOC has done it this way before but could be a good idea. One
example could be to insist on UA this is a large problem for non
profits both who use English as their main language and those who
use other languages. The Issues for UA are not only IDNs and how
the language is read (right to left or left to right) but also for
non-profits with domains longer than 3 characters.
This is just my 2 cents
Best,
Judith

Hello everyone!
I think this is a good opportunity to do a joint work from all those people interested into write some comments. I should correct Caleb's expresion, this now is not a Franco's Public Comment but an NPOC Public Comment. If you read well there is more than one comment in the same document. So I think we should divide the comments as is in the Public Comment Call, I mean, one document for .org, another one for .info and another one whether anyone wants to begin one comment about .biz. All those domains are open to comments due to their renewal.
I also, would like to ask Franco that please open the documento to "allow comments" to be able to put comments inside the text. I think this is a big little step toward we as NPOC want to reach.
Also would be good to know who are the people who will be writing this statement along Franco?

Once we have that we should give a dateline to finishing in order to send it to our Policy Committee before publishing.
