Dear all, 

Many thanks for this great call. This is for all who could not make it today to the callI, I would like to share some thoughts with you about my experience and future plans:

My experience inside de Executive Committee are initially related with the result that all of you know as the new brand logo, booklet and flyer, I also created a presentation template to being able to share about NPOC in any place with talking points to being used by any member who need it. I have also created a Communications Strategy along with Caleb and Ioana focused on increase Social Media presence but it can not be implemented due to my change of role. 

As membership Chair, I have checked and updated the membership database what it had many duplicate registries, and we also clean it up a bit. Also I have created a Membership Outreach Strategy that includes to have printed material in different languages such as French, Spanish and English. I also designed and lead the printing of business cards to be spread by our members in any face to face meeting that they participate, even if not is an ICANN meeting. We have also, thanks to the new Charter, identified what are the main topics of NPOC and we have created a presentation about what the topics are. As part of this identification I have launched a call about this on our mailing list to gather your input.  I have followed the members participation in Public Comments from NCSG and PDPs and we have identified that we are still few. 

My future plans for Memberships is to implement a monthly call about what is being discussed in ICANN in order to improve their participation on Public Comments along Policy Committee and Communications Committee. Inside the Strategy we have the identification from where every organization is located geographically and do it visible in our website to know what are doing our members around the world. We have planned also Capacity Building for our members about our main topics and how can be involved in PDPs.
