Dear Colleagues,

During the ICANN 76, we had an engagement session with LACRALO leadership teams on how we can collaborate,  improve relationships and consolidate with Not-For-Profit Organisations in  Latin America and the Caribbean region.

The Agenda used is seen below.

1. Welcome by Chairs of LACRALO and NPOC

2. Outreach Coordinators of both Constituency discuss the overview of the meeting and expectations

3. Differences between  LACRALO and NPOC

4. Cross-Community Policy Collaboration and Joint Webinars 

5. Release of Joint Communique

6. Members' Engagement and Feedback

In conclusion, the meeting agreed that we should:

•  Have joint webinars on topics of Interest
• Work on Translation materials to support potential NPOC Members in LAC region - Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
• Have Cross-Community Policy Conversations on topics of Interest.
