Sorry to have missed the first request.  I have gone through and suggested edits and made comments.  In a few cases I have suggested improvements in the English.  The major issue I found was there was not a clear distinction between individiuals whor belong to/are affiliated with/are members of a Member organization and Member Organizations.  “Member” used for both the NPOC member organizations and individuals who are not themselves members of NPOC.

Please note that I am always happy to assist in editing governing documents for ICANN and ISOC.  It has been one of my jobs in life as a lawyer for non-profits.  But I also am perfectly happy to not. have my edits or suggestions accepted.

I am available for further consultation, if desired.
