Notice of Election and Request for Nominations

Dear NPOCers

Following the announcementsof the NPOC election 2015 process (please, see npoc.org), the Executive Committee (EC) is now sending this official Notice of Election and Request for Nominations to the members..

Since April 24, 2015, NPOC is conducting elections for the following positions :

• NPOC Chair
• NPOC Vice Chair
• Secretariat
• Membership Committee Chair
• Policy Committee Chair
• Communications Committee Chair

Please refer to Section 3.3 of the charter for a description of each Executive Committee Officer position. A copy of the charter is accessible at : http://npoc.org/media/files/NPOC_Charter_Approved_06-24-2011.pdf

Voting will occur via email ballot from 28 May till 27 June, the vote shall be open for 30 calendar days. Please, see the Elections 2015 Timeline at : npoc.org.

ICANN will manage the electronic voting system.
