This is a reminder of the following deadlines for the NCSG/NCUC/NPOC Elections:

NOMINATIONS:

1. Nominations ended yesterday Tuesday, 04 June 2019.

2. All nominated candidates have until today Wednesday, 05 June at 2359 UTC to accept nominations and send candidate statements to the relevant mailing lists.

3. Nomination pages:

CHECK-IN:

1. A final check-in reminder email was sent on Monday, 03 June 2019 from admin@ncsg.is - if you haven’t already checked-in, please respond via the link in the email from admin@ncsg.is.

2. Deadline for check-in is Friday, 07 June 2019 at 1200 UTC.

3. If you do not check-in and your name isn’t listed in the Voters list, you will not be sent a ballot to vote in the elections.

4. Members are REQUIRED to check that they are listed in the Voters List (even if you are certain you responded to the check-in email):

5. Please note, once the elections start we are unable to send new ballots, so please do ensure you are listed to vote (see #4 above).

“MEET THE CANDIDATES” CALL:

1. This is an opportunity for members to ask nominees any question(s) as it pertains to the positions. Everyone is encouraged to attend.

2. If you are unable to attend, please do no hesitate to post your question(s) to the mailing list for nominees to answer.

3. Dates and times are below:

• Thursday 06 June 2019 at 1200 UTC will be the NPOC “Meet the Candidates” call
• Thursday 06 June 2019 at 1600 UTC will be the NCUC “Meet the Candidates” call
• Friday 07 June 2019 at 1100 UTC will be the NCSG “Meet the Candidates” call

VOTING:

1. Ballots will be sent on Monday 10 June 2019 to ONLY members who are listed to vote (see above).

2. Please note that voting will be for each SG/C election, this means that if you or your organization belong to NCSG and NCUC for instance, you would get 2 separate voting emails, and if you belong to NCSG, NCUC, NPOC, you will get 3 separate voting emails.

ELECTION TIMELINE:

As a reminder, please find the timeline below:

• May 13 - June 07: Check-in period
• 23 May - 04 June: Nomination period
• 05 June: Deadline for nomination acceptance and candidate statement.
• 06/07 June: Meet the candidates call
• 09 June: Voter roll finalized
• 10 June - 23 June: Voting 
• 24 June: Results announced
