The ICANN69 Virtual Annual General Meeting begins next week! The first week,13 to 15 October, is dedicated to Community Days, when all stakeholder groups meet and advance their work. Plenary Week will be held from 19 to 22 October. During Plenary Week, both the Annual General Meeting and Public Forum are scheduled, as well as many cross-community sessions on important topics.

Q&A with ICANN Org Executive Team |
Join us for a question and answer session with the ICANN org Executive Team. During this session, we will focus on the efforts underway at ICANN org to prepare for the implementation of several of the community's recommendations related to:
- The Expedited Policy Development Process and General Data Protection Regulation
- Subsequent Procedures
- Implementation of Reviews
- Domain Name System security threats
We’d like to make this a truly interactive session, and invite you to ask questions throughout. There are two ways to ask a question or make a comment:
- Submit a written question or comment into the Zoom Q&A pod.
- Raise your hand to join the queue to voice your question.

Improving Your Meeting Experience |
With all ICANN meetings, our goal is to provide a secure and inclusive space for all participants. The COVID-19 pandemic has made this objective all the more important. The virtual meeting format, which we launched with ICANN67 in March and improved with ICANN68 in June, is constantly evolving. Through feedback from meeting participants and lessons learned, we are always looking for opportunities to enhance your meeting experience.

As a global organization, ICANN is committed to making our events and content accessible to our global community.
I’m pleased to share with you that we will once again offer remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) in the six United Nations languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian, and Spanish) for key ICANN69 sessions.

YouTube Live Stream Pilot |
Some ICANN69 sessions will be live streamed on YouTube as part of a pilot effort to increase accessibility. These view-only live streams provide a low-bandwidth alternative for attendees. This live streaming option will be available for five high-interest sessions:
