I wish to nominate Gloria Meneses from the Latin America (LAC). She has been involved in ICANN since her fellowship days and as a fellow she has been involved in a couple of Internet Governance Campaigns for Not for Profit as a Civil Society. Gloria has been a NPOC member since 2018 and active in Policy. She is a computing engineer working currently on Big Data and how it works for Civil Society in decision making process.

I do hope she accept this nomination as she brings her diversity and experience from way back into the policy conversation in NPOC and NCSG.
