Final Report from the EPDP on Specific Curative Rights Protections for IGOs:
This is the final stage of this EPDP and is looking comments about "IGO Complainiant" definition to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution (UDRP) and Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) to clarify the applicability of the dispute resolution mechanisms to IGO for demonstraste legal rights. Also there was an addition about voluntary mutial arbitration option on both processess.

This process comes from April 2019 where those recommendations from PDP about curative rights mechanisms were raised by IGOs and International non-governmental organizations. This recommendation was not approved by the GNSO Council and this effort was created to look for a solution oh thisissue.

I think this is relevant to our constituency and we could comment on this if we consider it relevant.

Draft FY24–28 Operating & Financial Plan and Draft FY24 Operating Plan & Budget
This topic is more operation than policy but the decisions made on the budget can affect us in any way due to is the feedbak about Financial Plan and Operating Plan.
To comment on this we should review Five Year Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan. There were some community webinars held on December.

Any comment on this should be made before February 13th.

Proposed Procedure for Selecting a Top-Level Domain String for Private Use

This comment is based on the criteria given in SAC113 but ICANN is seeking input about the procedure itself. This proposal started as a Board resolution to create an initial procedure.

Additional Script-Based Reference Label Generation Rules and Related Updates

This comment is more technical but could be interesting for those who are working on IDN WG because this Reference guide include script-based languages such as Armenian, Cyrilic, Greek, Latin, Japanese, Korean and Myanmar. There are some changes to another Label Generation Rules (LGR)
