HI Remy,

I am the CROP PC from NARALO in At Large.  What Joan is looking for is some one to manage the  NPOC CROP slots.  I do not believe she is looking for some one to manage this for all NCSG.  Each SO/AC that is allocated Crop manages their own slots. It is exactly how Joan described it.  However, read this as internal to NPOC. Happy to help anyone with any questions you might have about CROP as I am very familiar with it as having been the PC for five years.

1. Consult within the applicable structure/organization and assist members, where needed, in completing an Outreach Strategic Plan DRAFT and DRAFT Trip/Event Proposals via the Wiki templates provided within the FY20 Community Workspaces area.

2. Facilitate and manage trip/event approvals within the organization and with the appropriate regional ICANN Stakeholder Engagement Vice-President(s).

3. Within three (3) weeks of the return date (or event termination):

4. Ensure that the participant(s) collect information and collaborate to complete the online DRAFT Trip/Event Assessment form;

5. After verifying proper form completion, ensure that the assessment meets the approval of the structure/organization's leadership; and

6. Notify the CROP Program Administrators when the form is approved internally.

Best,

Judith

Thanks for sharing Joan
I thought manages this across all SO/AC.

Is there any specifics for seeking move of this assignment to members?

Thanks in advance for the clarification.
