Dear NPOC Members,

The NPOC Executive Committee (NPOC EC) is seeking applications from members who are interested in serving as a representative of NPOC to either the NCSG Executive Committee (NCSG-EC) or the NCSG Finance Committee (NCSG-FC). 

Two positions will be appointed on this call for each committee. One representative and one observer.

The deadline to submit your application is December 16, 2024, at 23:59 UTC/GMT.

About the NCSG Committees:

We are looking for 1 NCSG Executive Committee (NCSG-EC) representative :

• Works with the NCSG Chair to ensure the NCSG functions effectively according to its mission and principles.

• Oversees and monitors the Chair's performance and can call for a new election if necessary.

• Establishes and oversees membership criteria, rules, and procedures.

• Reviews and approves applications for new NCSG Constituencies.

We are looking for 1 NCSG Finance Committee (NCSG-FC) representative:

• Develop and deploy a fund‑raising plan for the NCSG;

• Work with the ICANN staff to determine levels of support available to the NCSG;

• Work with ICANN finance officers to insure the NCSG and its Constituencies receive fair and equivalent financial support from ICANN;

• Accounting for any funds received by the NCSG from any source.
