The financial information published relates to ICANN, inclusive of its affiliate Public Technical Identifiers (PTI), and to PTI as a separate entity. Audited Financial Statements: ICANN published its FY18 Consolidated Financial Statements, accompanied by the "unqualified" audit report from BDO LLP, the independent auditors, which means that the audit was clean and no material issue was found.
