There's no contradiction. cPanel is a GUI that is used to do things on a domain, but Hetzner does not have that. So I repeat, what would you like to do there, maybe I can do it for you?

There is no GUI apart from Hetzner's own, which is their own system (so they don't have to pay for an external subscription) and is really bare to the bones but works just fine.

So no, Hetzner doesn't offer any other control panel as far as I know. I am also not keen on sharing access to Hetzner, since it's on my account that I manage all my other domains and payment details etc.

According to what I know, cPanel is a control panel to manage websites and provide some services such as web files, statistics, data tracking and SEO features. But also I know that cPanel it has a high security concerns, especifically with 2FA what is vulnerable to brute force attacks, in some many cases it has a limited customization and incompatibility with certain applications besides of its lack of automation, what can increase the security risks. 

Raoul, Hetzner do offer any other control panel tool such as SPanel, Plesk, ISPmanager or similar? If yes, may we install on our server?

Can you please introduce us to the host and make either Juan, Andrea and I as the new point of contact.
I believe it impacts the legitimacy of the EC if we don't have access.
