Happy new year! I hope you had a great holiday break. 

As you may recall, we have shared the implementation timeline, costs, and fee structures of the SSAD during our webinar with the GNSO Council on 20 December and we are planning on the community webinar #5 on the same topics on 18 January at 15:00 UTC. The community webinar will provide further details about how the ODP team reached to those findings, however no new design concept or figures will be introduced. Also to note, the project team also met with the GAC on 11 January to provide the same briefing we provided the Council. This community webinar #5 marks our last webinar with the community on the ODP team’s analysis. The Operational Design Assessment (ODA), the final deliverable report to the ICANN Board, is in its final review process and is on track to be delivered to the Board later this month or early February. Subsequently, the ODA will be published for the community view. We understand that the ICANN Board and the Council will start the consultation process and the first meeting is expected to be scheduled for late January.  

As we do not have any new information to share beyond that, I wanted to ask if you’d still like to meet in January as a part of our monthly cadence.
