Pilot Holistic Review Team Members,

 

The team’s upcoming 18 November meeting at 20 UTC will focus on deliverable #4: Guidelines for the review of the continuous improvement efforts of SO/AC/NomCom based on good practices and deliverable #2: Guidelines for the review of the accountability of SO/ACs or constituent parts to their members and constituencies.

 

In preparation for this meeting, please review the attached Draft Continuous Improvement Program Framework document. Please pay particular attention to the Executing the Continuous Improvement Program section, starting on the bottom of page 9. The phases and activities outlined in this document will inform the team’s discussion on deliverables #4 and #2.
