Thanks everyone for your thoughts so far.
I can see how ‘good practices’ may be defined by SOs and ACs based on what has brought good results over time as part of CIP efforts/complimentary efforts to date and that this is an ongoing process. This brings a view on good practices
within each SO or AC. I feel like a review of continuous improvement efforts within the scope of the Holistic Review could go broader though, and some of those ‘good practices’ may emerge from what is learnt from looking at continuous improvement programs
across SOs and ACs and therefore would not be limited to what SOs and ACs define themselves through the CIP, though would need an appropriate feedback mechanism.
On a third level, which I think is in Chris’ question, there is a possible reading that the actual review of continuous improvement efforts by the Holistic Review team be done based on good practices. I need to give this one more consideration.
Look forward to any further thoughts.
I will be an apology for the next meeting (spending a few days in rural New Zealand).
Warm regards,
Bree

Agree . for instance as I exemplified for NOMCOM, ( we already have a kid of constant improvement process, so one good practice is the recommendation to next team. This
applies to Nomcom only, others does not change every year..
Makes sense to allow each SO/AC and Nomcom define the best way to proceed and then define which are the good practices for them.
