Dear All,

 

Efforts to schedule the PHR plenary calls have shown that bi-weekly meetings on Mondays at 13:00 UTC are the most preferred date and time.

 

However, since 13:00 UTC is inconvenient for some time zones, we would like to offer alternating meetings between 13:00 UTC and 20:00 UTC.

 

Please let us know if this rotation works for you or if you prefer a set time for both meetings each month. We appreciate your input!

 

Note: the next plenary call will be this Monday, 14 October, at 13:00 UTC with an invitation forthcoming.
