We wanted to thank everyone for completing the intake form in such a timely manner.

Using the Google addresses provided, an external drive was created for everyone to access resources and future documents requiring collaboration. Currently, there is a folder labeled Team Member Biographies which contains the information that has been shared so far.  

While we will have time on the agenda for Introductions, we also encourage you to peruse the folder and familiarize yourself with your fellow team members, ahead of Monday’s meeting.

If there are any issues accessing the drive, please let me know and I will address immediately.

• The Terms of Reference details the work of the PHR Team at a high-level, including its objectives and deliverables. 
• The Operating Standards are designed to ensure that the Pilot Holistic Review is conducted in a transparent, predictable, and efficient manner. We suggest you focus on sections 3, 4, and 5, as these pertain to the operational elements of the PHR.

Your Co-Chairs also have an additional request to help facilitate the onboarding process. They would like each review team member to write a short (2-3 paragraph) biography that could be shared with the group. Please reply to this email with your information no later than 27 September 2024.

Please familiarize yourself with this space as it will serve as a resource for the review team throughout the pilot. Please let us know if you need assistance navigating this working space. 

Suggested ICANN Learn Courses

To prepare all team members for the dynamic team work required to conduct the PHR, we have identified a short-list of recommended ICANN Learn courses:

• Collaboration Skills - (16 minutes)
• Anti-Harassment - (34 minutes - 1 hour)
• Unconscious Bias 
• Constructive Dialogue - (26 minutes) 
• Facilitation Skills - (19 minutes)
• Benefitting from Inclusion - (3 minutes)
