Dear Accelerator Class 3, Term 2 Participants,

 

Thank you for your continued participation in our Policy Development Accelerator program.

 

This semester we will have four interactive workshops developing our soft skills.

 

We will use Zoom Whiteboard each session. It is easiest to use Zoom Whiteboard on a computer, rather than on a cell phone. If you find it difficult to use, we will do our best to troubleshoot any issues.

 

We will also use ICANN Learn. Before each session, please do your best to complete the assigned ICANN Learn training and ask any questions via the mailing list.

We will talk about sensitive topics and we will follow the below agreements. If you have any additions or changes you would like to make please respond to this email with your suggestions.

 

1.                  We each speak for ourselves & allow others to do the same

2.                  We will listen to each other

3.                  We will question our personal assumptions

4.                  We will not interrupt one another

5.                  We will keep in mind that understanding and agreeing are not the same

6.                  We will assume good intentions
