I tracked language from the process to date and note that this may be modified depending on Community feedback in Los Angeles. Please add any suggested edits. Tuesday or Wednesday morning seem to work best with your schedules. I made the meetings no later than 2pm local time so as to allow for Jeannette to dial in at a reasonable hour.
