Minor clarification. I would say in the last paragraph:  "Advisors will not receive remuneration for their time."

On the question of releasing the list of candidates, while I lean toward openness and transparency, I do not want to open us up to lobbying campaigns for or against particular candidates or an open debate in the community about the pros and cons of individuals.  Knowing that this might happen might chill the willingness of some people to be considered. I don't mind that our actions might be scrutinized but I would prefer not being drawn into a debate as to why we recommended one individual over another.
