In anticipation of the meeting, we invite you to review carefully the attached documents that will be discussed on the call:

• Updated scope and objectives document
• Objectives matrix which reflects team assignments for first pass planning for each topic, based on expressions of interest gathered at the F2F and leadership team selections
• List of Implementation Briefings questions
• Updated version of the Work plan based on your input in Brussels

We have also attached the approved list of Face-to-Face Meeting #1 Action Items for your information.

If need be, you may join the call up to 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start to test your audio.
