I have incorporated the recommendation previous numbers 4.4 from the Compliance section, on the need for documentation and outreach and education on filing WHOIS inaccuracy reports. I also inserted the Findings Summary (placed at the end of the Findings Section where it seems to fit) giving the original WHOIS Rec a rating of Partially Implemented. Alan
