Attached are 12 screenshots of WHOIS lookups I did on the ICANN.org site.  There is a small variety of timed out responses.  Please note I have redacted the actual domain name I was looking up due to client confidentiality. 

I have also heard that registrar's not allowing access to the WHOIS records through ICANN's access is a problem.  

I will request that the compliance team provide insight on how many complaints they have received concerning timeouts on the look up tool or inability to use the tool.
