Dear Review Team members,

As per discussion on plenary call #28, review team members in attendance discussed the possibility to move the plenary call start time to 15:00 UTC on Mondays, and no objections were raised.

Unless we hear any objections in reply to this email by Thursday 24 May 23:59 UTC , the plenary meetings will be switched to Mondays @15:00 UTC (90 mins).
