Below is a table of the preferences that have been submitted by RDS/WHOIS2-RT members regarding holding the face-to-face meeting in Johannesburg.

From the responses received, it seems that the majority would prefer that informal meetings be arranged during the week so Review Team members could meet and introduce themselves, note anything of significance from the sessions being held that relate to the review’s work rather than holding the formal face-to-face meeting of the Review Team. 

As a result, we will be working to identify available meeting rooms and will share that information as soon as possible so that members attending ICANN59 can determine the best times to meet.
