Following up yesterday’s informal gathering at ICANN61 (attended by Alan, Cathrin, Susan, Volker, and Chris), below please find the next steps discussed for each subgroup. As this was an informal meeting with no actions or decisions taken, subgroup rapporteurs/members present at the gathering are asked to follow up on these items via email. Rec #1 Strategic Priority – (1) Cathrin to send written request for additional materials ASAP.(2) Cathrin to consolidate questions for interview(s), once she receives input from Volker Rec #4 Compliance – (1) Susan to review areas for which there were no volunteers (2) Susan to submit question list by COB Friday, requesting briefing call – ideally to be scheduled for late next week Rec #10 Privacy/Proxy –Volker to mail ASAP approval of questions to be forwarded to compliance for briefing on 20th, to include Lili’s additional questions on P/P-related accuracy Rec #11 Common Interface –Volker to review written response provided and ask any follow-up questions Subgroup 2 – Anything New –Each subgroup member (Alan, Susan, Stephanie) to review the policies each identified in their own “top 5”to assess if there is a need to formally review that policy Subgroup 3 – Law Enforcement – (1) Defer briefing request to OCTO . Instead, all subgroup members to review DAAR presentation given to GAC at ICANN61. (2) Cathrin to request a subgroup call to be scheduled to review outreach questions and agree upon approach and timing for informal outreach. Subgroup 5 – Safeguarding Data - (1) ICANN Org to provide links to materials describing process for transfer of data to escrow providers (2) Alan to formulate specific questions for briefing on escrow data safeguards
