Hi Susan, thank you for your comments, I understand the issue better now. We can just point that out in the presentation. Regarding the grandfathered domains I explained that in the mail I sent yesterday evening. The 2013 date is actually irrelevant to the question of whether a domain is a grandfathered domain or not, the only relevant date is when the registrar it is registered through signed the new RAA. So if it was with registrar X all the time and registrar X only switched to the new RAA in 2016, that is the relevant date for that domain. There is also a significant trend that can be seen in the various ARS reports that shows that grandfathered domains are reducing at a fast pace, exactly what was forseen by the parties to the 2013 RAA.
