Dear Review Team Members, ICANN’s legal department has provided some clarification on questions raised on Statements and Conflicts of Interests. First, while both affirmations state that you have received the Conflicts of Interest policy, the SOI affirmation also confirms that the representations made in the SOI are complete and truthful. Secondly, legal department advised that forwarding a picture or PDF of a hand signed version is considered as an acceptable electronic signature. Therefore, we would like to suggest the below step-by-step recommended process when filling out and returning your SOI/COI: 1) use print-outs received in Brussels (or print out both forms attached, if lost) 2) complete/sign both documents 3) scan both sets of documents 4) Send to ICANN org via rds-whois2-staff@icann.org<mailto:rds-whois2-staff@icann.org>. 5) Signed documents will be saved here<https://community.icann.org/display/WHO/Legal+Documents> on the RDS-WHOIS2 wiki.
