Consensus Call: Terms of Reference and Work Plan
The Terms of Reference (ToR) and Work Plan were scheduled to be approved at the plenary meeting scheduled for 27 November 2017. Since that meeting was cancelled due to the number of RT Members who could not attend, the approval was deferred until the meeting scheduled for next Monday. As there are no other items for that meeting's agenda, the approval will be done via e-mail. The current version of the Terms of Reference are attached to this message, and the current Work Plan can be found at https://community.icann.org/display/WHO/Work+Plan. With this message I am initiating a Consensus Call to approve the Terms of Reference and Work Plan, subject to final cosmetic editing and revision to account for the schedule changes made during the meeting today (approval of these documents and completion of templates). This Consensus Call will end at 23:59 UTC on Tuesday, 12 December 2017. If there are non-substantive errors please identify them and they will be corrected. If you do not believe that the documents should not be approved due to the need for a substantive error, please identify the issue and if necessary, the document will be revised and this Consensus Call restarted. Although messages indicating support are welcome, they are not necessary. This Consensus Call will be deemed to have succeeded in the absence of significant opposition (greater than 20% as specified by Section IV of the ToR). Alan
