Thanks.  Just to note that I do not think this is an accurate characterization of my dissent from the EWG report.  "Unanimity was reached on 179 principles, with one EWG member dissenting to one important principle. This single dissent concerned registrant and contact consent and was footnoted in the final report on page 42, principle 28".  I will come up with more accurate language, as long as it does not require me to annotate the entire report.
