Attached are the sections on Outreach and Safeguards modified as discussed during last Monday's meeting. Outreach: In both recommendations and their associated Implementation sections, I have added a requirement that keeping documnetation up to date and conducting outreach should not be a one-time activity but ongoing, particularly as policy and/or processes change. Safeguard: I added a requirement that data security expert(s) advice on what level or magnitude of data breach would trigger ICANN notification. Alan
