The agenda for this week's meeting will be out shortly (or perhaps already distributed). One of the main topics till be the start of the discussion on the scope of the review, and particularly what do we include in addition to a review of the implementation of the first WHOIS Review Recommendations (which is a mandatory requirement). To aid in the discussion, everyone on the team should be familiar with the first RT's Recommendations, because these areas are implicitly part of our scope. You can find these Recommendations in two places. Both are pointed to in section 4 of the Background Materials section our our wiki - https://community.icann.org/display/WHO/Background+Materials. - WHOIS Review Team Final Report (2012), page 81-92. This section also includes the Findings giving the summary rationale for why the Recommendation was made. - The Executive Summary of the Implementation Report.
