A copy of the draft report was sent out a few weeks ago. I have received no input and presume at this stage there will be none as the report will be sent off early next week. I have just finished my almost-final editing pass and I am attaching a copy here. There is still some clean-up that Jean-Baptiste will do and that should be integrated in the next few days. Also note that we are still awaiting the consensus call decisions from Stephanie and Volker but I am optimistic we will have that no later than Monday. Alan
