Hi Carlton,

As requested, I have repeated the gap assessment on your latest draft:
https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/71604705/Single%20WHOIS%20Policy%20Subgroup%202%20Report%20%20-%20Draft%20%233%20CLEAN%20-%20July%2019%202018.docx

Here are the remaining gaps that I see:

· Subsection 3 seems to be a more appropriate place for analysis provided in Subsection 4. Move analysis (that is, 4 questions and the subgroup’s answers) to Subsection 3.

· Subsection 4 does not list problem(s) yet to be addressed (or clearly state there are no problems.) The analysis indicates work now underway and expectations for completing that work, but what if any are the problems and issues? (e.g., risks if planned work is not completed)

· Subsection 5’s “Recommendation” does not appear to be a recommendation to the Board. Within the recommendation text, there is no problem stated, nor any Board action recommended to address that problem. While there is acknowledgement of on-going community efforts that may fully realize the intent of WHOIS1 Rec #2, what further specific, measurable Board action is recommended?

You may also wish to address these comments on the prior draft:

Dear Colleagues:
Please see redline and clean reports intended as the final draft.  I have added content and following the guidance of the Report Gap Assessment Tool, made some other changes.

Would appreciate if sub-group team members would feedback on whether we are good to go for content and overall intent.  it would be highly appreciated if Lisa would be so kind and feedback on the structural changes advised.

Kind regards,
-Carlton
