Bob,

Frankly, most of them are there because I have asked you several times to remove them from the list, and you are incapable or unwilling to do so.

Some of these people have not worked for Momentous for many years.

I have asked you many many times to remove these people.  Do you think you can now ?

lorraine@momentous.ca
jen@momentous.ca
taryn@momentous.ca
wayne@momentous.ca
"Mike Arrington" mike@momentous.ca

And we do use our main parent company’s email addresses for mailing lists etc.  But that does not make Momentous.ca a Registrar. What is your point ????

Rob.

I am also not sure what your example is trying to say.  I note that you have highlighted the fact that the General Counsel of Momentous.ca responded that NameScout et al supported the letter. Momentous.ca is not a Registrar, and you have somehow taken issue with Jennifer's standard signature lines as General Counsel.  Momentous.ca has never signed nor supported a Constituency Statement.

Dear Rob: I guess I was misinformed.  Can you explain why the following email addresses appear in the RC mailing list:

lorraine@momentous.ca
dave@momentous.ca
jen@momentous.ca
lilian@momentous.ca
taryn@momentous.ca
wayne@momentous.ca
"Mike Arrington" <mike@momentous.ca>
"Rob Hall" <rob@momentous.ca>

Are they or were they employees of an ICANN Accredited Registrar?
