On behalf of the RC Executive Committee and per the discussion at the RC meeting in San Juan, I have attached for your review the proposed Registrar Constituency Budget for 2007-2008.   Please note that under the RC Bylaws, the Budget will be open for review for a period of thirty (30) days before it can be approved by the constituency.
