I think the RC should take strong action against this kind of attempted
transfer. I think action by ICANN would be appropriate.
It is interesting to contemplate how domainrenewalonline.com would obtain
the authcode in order to effect a transfer.
Perhaps I should let it get transferred to discover who the new registrar
is. Doubtless the offending firm is a reseller for an ICANN
Accredited Registrar, perhaps even an unwitting member of our
Constituency.
